Minimum $85 per hour, price may vary depending on products. 4-hour minimum

Cancellation Policy

Ambulatory service is $50 one-way plus mileage over 5 miles from the starting point. Wheelchair service is $75 one-way plus mileage over 5 miles from the starting point. Cancellation Policy: $35 if not cancelled within six hours of the scheduled appointment time.
